About Us

A Word From Founder, Kimberly

I provide court-ordered or mediated Supervised Visitation and child reunification services to ensure that children and their parents are emotionally supported and physically safe. Professional supervised visitations are offered 7 days a week including evenings, weekends, and holidays. I also offer vacation supervision and out-of-state supervision when assessed as appropriate.

Whether it’s an off-site visit in a natural family setting such as a park, museum, or play zone or it’s a virtual visit, the primary goal of the visit is always the same, keeping the focus on safety, neutrality, and the well-being of the child/children. Following the court order is paramount, but I will otherwise help parents to jointly determine their goals for visitation where possible.

As an experienced provider and a proud member of the Supervised Visitation Network,

I am committed to helping improve co-parenting opportunities and to helping families move forward more comfortably during this difficult period.

Serving Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties.

Managing Life Changes

Unless special circumstances exist, children generally fare best when they have the emotional and financial support and ongoing involvement of both parents. The lack of involvement of one or both parents may lead to developmental problems later on in the child’s life.

Children adjust much better to crisis and loss if their parents work together to develop healthy ways of communicating, reducing conflict, and resolving problems. Parents can help their children adjust to separation from a parent by establishing a visitation schedule that focuses on the needs of their children.

Children’s needs change as they grow older and move from one developmental phase to the next. For this reason, each visitation schedule must be flexible, changing in duration and frequency as the child gets older and moves from one stage of development to the next.

It is important for parents to remember that formation of a positive parent-child relationship is a life-long process, and that the key to a successful relationship is the quality of time, rather than quantity of time, spent together.

Benefits For The Child And Parents

Supervised Visits and Exchanges allow the children to maintain a relationship with both of their parents. They can anticipate the visits without the stress of worrying about what is going to happen, and enjoy their time in a safe, comfortable environment without being put in the middle of their parents’ conflict and/or other problems.

The children’s primary guardian can feel comfortable allowing their children to have contact with their non-residential parent. They can feel confident about the child’s safety without having to communicate or have contact with a person with whom they are in conflict or by whom they might be frightened or intimidated.

Let Us Reduce Your Stress

Managing Life Changes can help both parents feel comfortable and confident about their child's safety.

The child’s developmental stage is only one factor parents should consider when deciding which visitation arrangement is best for each child. Other factors parents need to consider when establishing a visitation schedule include:

Enjoy The Best Experience with Us

Managing Life Changes can provide parents and guardians with information and help in assuring that the children have safe, comfortable, and satisfying visits.

Custodial parent/guardians should be positive and encourage the children to enjoy their visit. After the visit, they should be willing to listen if the children want to talk about the visit, but should never pump the child for information.

The visiting party should come prepared to have a good time within the limits set by the service provider.

Children are looking for demonstrations of love and acceptance; the other factors are not as important to them.
